Kerb stone is loose and frequently hangs out in the street causing a hazard and risk of injury

This has been fixed by the council a number of times but regularly detaches again due to cars and delivery drivers parking on the pavement. It has been like this for some months and I have managed to push it back into place on a regular basis but it needs to be properly fixed.
