This was reported in November and you have closed it today to say Gully/drain emptying is happening this month. They actually came before New Year looked at this particular drain and drove off so It has NOT been cleaned and should not be closed

Every single drain in west street/cozens in filled to the brim with debris and covered in leaves. As you can see this is causing standing water and flooding.

These need cleaning/emptying - what is your policy on the maintenance ? And in winter this needs increasing .
