Bollard removed so there is a hole approx 15cm wide in cycle lane

There was a broken bollard which has now been removed, but there is now a deep hole approx 15cm wide. There is a risk of someone stepping in it and hurting themselves. It needs the bollard to be replaced or the hole to be capped.
