Traffic lights stuck on red

Sent to Milton Keynes Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8632354.

Waiting at lights for a very long time. Lights were NOT changing. Cars backed up. Very few cars coming from other direction. Cars when safe went through red light to keep going and to avoid further backups.
