Black Ice covering pavement and road

Water leak has frozen - extremely dangerous black for pedestrians and cyclists. Just walked along at 11.pm and it is lethal.

    ODS follow Oxfordshire County Council's Gritting policy.
    ODS grit arterial routes within the city on behalf of Oxfordshire county council.
    Off-road cycle routes and pedestrian footpaths are not pre-salted, as there are not the resources to carry this out.
    Where resources allow ODS will check the location and install Ice warning signs or close the road / Footpaths as necessary. Grit bins across the city are for public use on the highway. If a grit bin is low, please let us know. If you wish to request a new grit bin, please contact your local councillor for funding.
