Pedestrian crossing lights faulty

Sent to Liverpool City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8631999.

For about a week the traffic lights keep going red when nobody is there, when the lights turn back to green it instantly shows the wait sign and turns red for cars again. The beep also sounds super weird
