Severely damaged storm drain

Sent to Reading Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8629676.

There's a severely damaged storm drain at the position indicated on map. This is exactly 5metres south of RBC Lamppost No. 5235/ outside Apex Plaza Building/ adjacent to Bus Stop Ref. EL. This is on the North side of highway in the easterly traffic flow. Damage: the sides of the drain are collapsing/ also, the whole drain was filled in with tarmac when the street was recently resurfaced. So, there are two problems here.
