Unpermitted roadworks problem

Customer reports that the traffic management for the location needs to be reviewed immediately: the road closure sign is halfway down Salter's Lane/Hailes on Hill, instead of at the top where vehicles enter the road. They also state that Salter's Lane/Hailes on Hill is unsuitable as a diversion, as it is iced up and not accessible; a van has failed to traverse this already. They add that Hailes on Hill/Slater's Lane also needs to be gritted.
