Water leak, frozen pavement/road

Sent to Oxford City Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8626564.

There is a water leak this morning, the pavement is covered in water and has frozen, its an ice rink. Road is affected too, very dangerous
