Dangerous conditons

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and South Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8621933.

Due to the overflow of the drains, the water was flowing down Albury View (not great) but because of the low temperatures, it has now frozen and is making conditions for both walking/driving very dangerous indeed. This is because this area of the road sits on a steep hill.
