Rubbish and recycling bins are not being emptied

Reported in the Rubbish (refuse and recycling) category by Martin Budgen at 13:01, Mon 18 July 2016

Sent to Weymouth and Portland Borough Council 4 minutes later

Why do i have to report the failure to empty bins and build up of rubbish outside my window.i am 6o years of age and have health issues which are not helped by this judge and jury mentality by your rubbish operators who make loud comments about the occupants of the house and decide to leave our bins and rubbish.may i remind the council and operatives are paid from council; tax and therefore i expect a service..if this continues i will take it further such as the mp for weymouth, environmental health and the echo.i would also suggest that the operatives refrain from being abusive to the oiccupants of the house.this matter has been reported before.
