Fence / Barrier

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and South Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8616352.

The fence that is erected acting as a barrier from the pathway has been intentionally damaged / removed, due to this dog walkers are walking intentionally in area which is restricted and thus their dogs are entering properties gardens and even on occasion two incidents where dogs have entered the property of homes!
