Flashing speed limit board shows incorrect limit

There is a flashing speed limit board here visible when travelling NW-bound that says the speed limit is 30 when all static road signs say 20.

Traffic lights on the main road outside The Coach & Horses pub are proving dangerous as they are not manning the 3 way traffic and people are backing up towards the roundabout coming into chiselhampton and it is dangerous. To top it off no one is actually carrying out any work on th road and the traffic is horrendous in all directions this needs to be sorted
