Loads of rubbish all over the lay-by in Whitewebbs Road for a distance of approx quarter mile including a wrecked abandoned caravan. Also rubbish dumped in the car parks within Whitewebbs woods. This is a perpetual and disgusting problem in this specific area. Could the Enfield Council install some sort of deterrence to at least reduce the mess e.g. cameras, (or even cheap dummy cameras) and anti litter notices.
