    When it rains, a large puddle forms and remains (doesn’t drain). Passing vehicles create significant spray that drenches pedestrians and other vulnerable pavement/road users and creates a road safety hazard. Please investigate and clear the blocked gully/drain as soon as possible. Photos attached.

    The drain is blocked although recently a sweeper went over it. Not exactly what you normally would expected as the drain is blocked deep inside. Surface clearing is a waste of recourses. Please have a close look at this updated pictures.
