Hedge and Ivy pulling fence down over pathway

This is in the alleyway between the end of Clifton Drive and Boxhill Walk. The ivy is pulling the fence and hedge down across the pathway. This path is used as a major access route for schools. It is difficult for parents with pushchairs, those using mobility scooters, dog walkers and pedestrians. The ivy and hedge need cutting right back so that decent access is restored. It is becoming dangerous as it overhangs at head height.
