Someone choosing to double park on yellow zig-zags. Available parking at the top of the street, roughly 5+ minutes parked. This is becoming a regular thing in this area by various drivers. The parking on the street is a problem most of the time, however there was available parking at the top of the street which was visible as this person would have seen when driving down & passing.
