Flag outside my window on lamp post.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to report an issue regarding a flag that has been placed on a street lamp post directly outside my window.

The flag is positioned in such a way that it significantly obstructs the natural light entering my window and blocks my view. This has negatively affected the use and enjoyment of my property. As the street lamp post is located on public land, I am concerned that this installation may be unauthorised and constitutes an obstruction.

I respectfully request that the council investigate this matter and arrange for the removal of the flag as soon as possible.
