Dumping ground for rubbish and fly tipping

Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8607483.

The lay-by is full of bags of rubbish, litter and other fly tipped material. It’s been like it for months and it’s a mess. There is litter all over the place - disgusting.
