• Resident called to say the void cannot be seen and is approx 1 meter square but movement can be felt on the pavement. During the summer the pavement was re surfaced but this was superficial. Please can this be re inspected.

• Resident has called for update on investigation, if this could be chased for status of this, resident is explaining the issue is causing the property to crack, if this could be raised JW
