No.10 bus is not stopping at bus stop at New Look

Sent to Gloucestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8602957.

For the past 3 weeks the No.10 bus has not turned up or gets cancelled. The stop is in town by the New Look shop, the electric sign does show a bus is coming but then goes blank, the bus never comes, this happens on numerous occasions. Resident has tried contacting Stagecoach but they keep cutting him off.
