Belisha beacon not visible to traffic

The belisha beacon on one side of this crossing has been turned inwards so it's not very visible to road users. Please can this be turned back to the correct position and secured.

I first reported this last January, since when the beacon has turned even more, such that it's no longer facing the traffic flow. It's so easy too fix, and it's a key part of road safety infrastructure.
