70cm pothole, looks about 25cm deep.

Because of location cars and other vehicles going into the filter lane from monks park avenue either left into filton road or straight on to Toronto road are constantly hitting this which causes it to crumble further.

09/01/2026 Pothole is getting bigger and spreading out along paving stone and yellow line edge. Lots of stones on pavement from it and full of water after rain which is splashing over pavement/pedestrians. Damaged area now about 5ft long. All the old concrete slabs are breaking up along the pavement edge also.

This pothole has become much deeper since previous report. Due to the location of this in the filter lane and just in front of the kerb, if a car hits this at the wrong angle or isn’t going slow enough and suddenly swerves there’s a risk they could end up clipping the kerb or coming up onto the kerb and hitting pedestrians or pinning them between the tree and the brick wall. This pothole is very dangerous and needs fixing immediately. The pavement is used constantly by pedestrians including young children going to school and nursery, people on mobility scooters and wheelchairs. Delaying repair longer is going to cause an accident or injury to drivers or pedestrians. Walking past this with my young child earlier a car hit it with a huge thud. Please fix this urgently!
