Manhole cover in Browns Lane loose causing loud clanking noises day and night when cars go over them. This is resulting in disturbance to residents.

    Manhole is right outside bull inn car park and is loose- the movement of the manhole when cars drive over is causing a depression in the road which will get worse until fixed and tightened.
