Flyposting, graffiti, neglect

Could GGC please deal with their neglected properties? Every empty shop in my area is covered in fly posters (residents remove them but residue is always left), graffiti and show total neglect by their owners but inside and out. Most simply need to be swept clean internally and given a window clean. There might a better chance of attracting a new tenant if the area didn’t look so depressing
