Council malpractice and unchallenged incompetence

The council are actively refusing to empty public buns across Winchmore Hill. When I complain, my own bin is not emptied properly. I am fearful of active discrimination and the lack of scrutiny by a very well paid chief executive, The Christmas week has been sickening and no one has been employed to clean. The bin outside Grovelands park , one of the busiest parks of Enfield - and all of the parks bins - have remained filthy and overflowing, across the park and streets. The more I complain about this, the less they clean. We clean our own streets and I take the litter home from the church hill, hoppers road and park bins home, to put inside my own tiny bin. We have had no council tax reduction for this, The entire management system of Enfield council is broken . Allegedly hoppers road is cleaned each Monday - but this is a lie. I have invited the chief executive to meet me there on Monday to see the lies for himself, but he is still refusing. Criminal investigations and government scrutiny is needed as a matter of urgency.
