Dangerous large deep pothole in centre of the road

This pothole appears to have been there for at least several days. It's in the centre of the road marked by a yellow clearway road cone lying on its side in the pothole. The pothole is the length of the road cone, it is over 30cm wide and appears to be over ankle deep. Approximate What3Words location: juggles.brand.behaving Please can this be fixed as soon as possible.
