Road surface un tenable

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8597926.

Since the pointless traffic measures last year, all traffic now uses one side of the road. The road surface at the north end of the village is like the moon, indeed several of us refer to it as The Sea of Tranquility. The surface is rubbish, yet you gave filled a few holes is and the rest remain, why. just resurface the whole lot..... isn't that what I pay council tax for?????
