  • It is now extremely difficult to use the left hand lane to turn left as the potholes have merged to create a pothole that is approximately 150cmx50/60cm across both lanes. I watched a school bus using the righthand lane to turn left today suggesting that drivers are already starting to avoid this lane, which will inevitably create more traffic while this lane is out of action.
