Blocked drains

Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8597394.

This drain has been blocked for a couple of years now I have reported it several times as it floods first reported in October 22/23 keep getting told it's in our system but they do nothing about it my next step is to withhold my council tax money as from January 26 untill it gets cleaned out
