Broken lamppost

The lamppost at the Cecil road playground is broken and is at risk of falling off and injuring someone playing at the basketball hoop. Ive tried reporting it on the east Herts council website but I couldn't find anywhere to log it as a fault

    Lamp post is still not fixed. When trying to select the area on a map using the east Herts council its saying that there is no lamp post within 10 meters of where the lamp post is
