Driveway problem

Sent to Liverpool City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8595659.

I would like to know why my driveway and my adjoining neighbours driveway are the only ones that have not been repaired/replaced as part of the ongoing road resurfacing on Thomas Dtive. The curries were removed to allow dropped curbs to be put in but the resultant holes have been filled in with soil with no retaining stones allowing the soil to be washed out when it rains

I received two responses from the city council call centre who passed my complaint to the roads team but I have had no response and no action. Very disappointing

I have had a response from LCC after making my complaint official under LCCs Complaints System. They have agreed to put some retaining stones in but did not make any comment as to why the two driveways had not been repaired/ replaced. I do not have a date when retaining stones are to be done

Having made another approach to LCC over the works promised I was advised a sight meeting was taking place with contractors on 27 April regarding outstanding works on the project and I should receive a date for works to my driveway after that meeting

A site meeting with LCC and the contractor should have taken place on 27/4/26. I have still heared nothing from that meeting or what is going to happen and when

Despite raising the issue as an official complaint and certain works being agreed I’ve had no contact with either the city council or the contractor and certainly no work has been carried out
