Signage?
Reported via desktop in the Road sign damage category anonymously at 19:39, Sat 27 December 2025
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8595182.
Per BATH AND NORTH EAST SOMERSET COUNCIL (23-023) (STOTHERT AVENUE, BATH) (BUS LANE) ORDER Motorcycles are permitted. "Nothing in Article 3 of this Order shall render it unlawful for any community transport vehicle, motorcycle, pedal cycle, public service vehicle, or taxi to enter, wait, stop, or proceed in the lengths of bus lane specified in the Schedule to this Order."
However all the new signage does not show Motorcycles are permitted, only Bus/Taxi/Car, this will cause some confusion.
Plus the new sign on left, turning off Upper Bristol into Midland Road has been run over and flattened.

Just received a Bus Lane Contravention warning notice because of this (motorcycle legally using bus lane/gate), can you please get together with the enforcement team and sort this out so they don't waste everyone's time with erroneous notices.
