Next door 8 helmswood Drive keep parking on the the grass in front of the house causing an obstruction and ruining the grass. I am disabled and struggle to walk on the muddy ground

  • I've had no update and have seen repeat parking violations since. I walk with a stick and the grass verge has become difficult to walk on due to the car parking and then driving across the grass
