Numerous road gullies (at least 10 No) blocked with grit

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8593761.
Numerous road gullies on both sides of the road along Skinners Hill, Camerton are completely blocked and filled to surface with grit and other debris from Camerton Farm to junction with Rectory Lane (near post box) leading to flooding at bottom of hill as storm water not being captured as it passes down hill.
