Dear Sir or Madam,

I would like to report a build-up of leaves on the footpath at woodcroft n21. The accumulation is creating a slip hazard and poses a risk to pedestrians using the path.

I would be grateful if this could be addressed as soon as possible to reduce the risk of accidents.
