Car parked on the road all of the time. There is no kerb. It is illegally and dangerously parked this narrowing entry and exit to the end of the sycamores and not allowing vehicles through without issue. The owner has parking for 3 cars easily with no issues

The car is constantly causing problems as is parked "on the road" it is not a public kerb and should not be there. Causing issues with deliveries, people getting access to and from their end of the cul de sac. There should be no oarking there at all as it's causing view problems for other cars etc too All cars on the sycamores should be on drives unless there is a public raised kerb which is also not a street corner.
