Running a business from street causing parking issues for residents

14 Armitage buildings wf12 7jn, is running a garage business repairing vehicles from a garage at the end of the culdasac currently he has four cars awaiting repair all with dangerous car parts in road. We have multiple cars coming for resits every week, not only does it cause parking issues for residents it’s also dangerous for residents and children. We don’t think he has a permit and doesn’t declare this sideline business it’s not fair or right that we deal with this as there’s enough cars already here without a business being run illegally
