Sent to Liverpool City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8587282.

Bollard been knocked over top of Ribbledale Rd no doubt by cars parking on the pavement again! These need replacing preferably with metal ones that cannot be knocked over as these plastic ones are not up to the job.

  • If the council put in metal ones instead of plastic then maybe this would stop happening.
