Cars illegally parked on pavement and blocking pedestrian access

Cars from outside the local neighbourhood have been parking illegally on the pavement and blocking pedestrian access and making it dangerous when both approaching the give way area of the street and when leaving driveways. Multiple occurances of near miss incidents when people are leaving driveways as it is impossible to see around the parked cars. Plenty of parking is available in the village hall car park but visitors are choosing to park carelessly on the street. This is an ongoing issue that has got progressively worse.
