Area of grass North Boundary Brixham been churned up by vehicles

There is an area of grass on North Boundary Brixham close to junction with Smardon Road. One one end of it has been churned up so it now just mud no grass. I believe it is the builders who have been working at a property on Smardon Road at junction with North Bondary Road. I would hope that Torbay Council instructs them to put right the damage that has been done.
