Incompetent workmen and council

Sent to Gloucestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8585550.

Incompetent workmen decided to switch off all of the traffic lights for about 30 minutes. So, why did the council not open up the bus gate to allow through traffic? Why do we have complete imbeciles in charge of our highways, overzealous people who want to control everything with traffic lights instead of using common sense. Get a bloody grip you morons.

Also what a ridiculous place for a KFC again what incompetent moron makes these decisions?
