We have investigated this report and found the vehicle to be taxed; a taxed vehicle is a strong indicator of an interested party and therefore the vehicle is not considered to be abandoned at this time and no further action will be taken. You can check the tax status of a vehicle online via: https://www.gov.uk/ check-vehicle-tax. Insurance or MOT issues should be directed to the Police as Bromley do not have the statutory powers to deal with this type of offence.
State changed to: No further action

It may be taxed but it’s not roadworthy. Its tyre is off the wheel and it’s damaged so unable to drive. As it’s been there over a month now I suspect it’s stolen.
