Consistent litter build up

Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8583905.

Litter build up for months all down Brickendon Lane. Dumped full bin bags of refuse on side of road. On the stretch leading lower hatfield road with the brook running down it refuse has been tipped into the watercourse. The whole thing is disgusting
