Missing bollard

Sent to Liverpool City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8581447.

Bollard at top of Ribbledale Rd has obviously been damaged and removed please replace to stop parking on the pavement and cars accessing footpath for dropped kerb where pedestrians walk.
