Pavement parking and parking on yellow lines at junction

Sent to Liverpool City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8579883.
Parking at the junction of Dovedale rd and Heydale road. The cars are parked in such a way they block any vision when exiting Heydale road in a vehicle. You have to creep out into Dovedale unable to see what is coming along from Queens drive. The car on the pavement are a regular occurence. One is fully on the pavement and the other on a dropped kerb access which leaves it across the pavement. This is access to a parking space it is not the parking space. The local councillor has arranged for posts around the junction to stop vehicles going onto the pavement, all this has achieved is to move the problem to the other end of the shops.

Parking on pavement and on yellow lines continues every day. The council fitted wooden posts at the opposite end of the pavement in front of the shops on Dovedale road. All that has happened is the issue has moved further along the pavement. Drop kerb access was installed to two secure parking places. All that has happened is that cars now park on the drop kerb access which leaves them parked accross the pavement. This reduces the pavement area and blocks vision to see traffic when exiting Heydale road.

Still open, via questionnaire -
Just wanted to say that I collect a couple of dogs from the area every Friday at 10am. The blue mercedes arrives at the same time, parks on double yellows every time, and is still there when I return the dogs at 2pm.
