Council neglect and discrimination

Formal Complaint: Ongoing Failure to Clean Streets and Empty Public Bins sent to Enfield council. To Enfield Council, I am writing to formally complain about the ongoing failure to carry out regular street cleaning and empty public bins in my area. For several months now, the streets in my neighbourhood, including Hoppers road and Church Hill N21 have not been cleaned, and the bins in both the local park, including Grovelands park, and surrounding streets have not been emptied. As a result, rubbish has accumulated, creating an unpleasant environment and raising concerns about hygiene, public health, and safety for residents and visitors. What is particularly concerning is that, during this same period, streets where councillors reside appear to be cleaned regularly. This unequal standard of service gives the strong impression of discrimination and unfair treatment of residents in my area. All residents pay council tax and are entitled to the same level of service, regardless of where they live. I would like to know: * Why street cleaning and bin emptying in my area have been neglected for such a long period * When regular cleaning and waste collection will be reinstated * How the council ensures services are delivered fairly and equally across all areas I request that this matter be investigated urgently and that immediate action is taken to address the poor condition of our streets and public spaces. Please also confirm what steps will be taken to prevent this from happening again. I look forward to your response and a prompt resolution of this issue. The above has been reported to the chief executive, head of council, head of waste services services and complaints over the past ten years, with no effective, if any, response.
