Litter in reed beds behind new pontoons

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8576444.

Litter building up behind reed beds and new pontoons (completely un un used...still). Planning conditions highlighted this would need to be cleaned and maintained. So far doesn't look like this is the case.Looks very scruffy and endangers wildlife.
