Vans have trashed the kerbside grass and pavement

The homeowner allows a commercial van to park on her forecourt. Their toing and froing has done this to the pavement. The homeowner has made zero effort to sort it out. Pedestrians, especially those with limited mobility are forced to wal through mud to go into the road.
