Constant water flow

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8575406.

This has been reported before and was being monitored but has got substantially worse and water is flowing out just east of entrance to development and constantly flowing down the road meaning it will ice in cold weather and further damage road at other times.

This would appear to breach Highway Act 1980 (Section 41). Formal complaint will follow if not addressed.
